PUMP UNIT
Pumping Units are among the commonly used ground-based machinery for petroleum extraction on oil fields. Given their simplicity, durability, easy operation and simple installation, suspending Pumping Units are very popular among users. Currently, they account for the largest share of the Pumping Unit market.
We have years of experience in the design and manufacture of Pumping Units. Our Pumping Units are available in a complete range of specifications, of sound technical data, good performance and reliable quality. Since the regular suspending Pumping Units were introduced,
we have developed a number of energy-saving Pumping Units. Compared with the regular models, these later products show substantial improvement in, among other things, operating performance and power performance. The 3~16 Series manufactured by us covers a complete range of regular models, asymmetrical models, asymmetrical suspending models, adjustable arm models, rotary models, pendulum models, and other API-complaint suspending Pumping Units. High efficiency & saving energy interference pumping unit as one of the most ideal pumping unit made in China currently is one kind of new type walking beam pumping unit with some virtues of compact structure, small overall dimension, simple recovering oil methods, convenient operation, safe & reliable etc.
Remove big rotating crank to lower reducer and center of gravity of overall unit to improve bearing force making overall unit stable running continuously.
To remove negative work of engine to meet the purpose of saving energy through adjusting counterbalance.
Capacity of lifting & drawing can be increased 30-35%.
